Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Lily’s Market, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable food items
  • Fresh produce
  • Bakery items
  • Frozen products
  • Opened consumable products
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and order details.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
